Nebraska follows the federal OSHA rule (29 CFR 1910.151(b)) under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: no fixed first-aider-to-worker ratio, but where no infirmary or hospital is in near proximity the employer must keep adequately trained first-aiders on staff with supplies readily available.
